You will drive to the community near Butterfield Crossing Park, dedicate about 8 hours per month, and handle marketing materials, event budgets, and monthly summaries while building welcoming, caring

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements and reports.
• Possess a current driver’s license and liability insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Avail weekly hours, mainly evenings and weekends when residents are home.
• Commit to the minimum term for serving in the apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate meaningful opportunities to care for and connect with residents.
• Provide a caring touch to residents and staff with a network of community support.
• Enhance online reputation by inviting residents to share online about their experience.
• Develop marketing material for activities (calendars, flyers, social posts).
• Manage the event budget process and prepare monthly summaries.
• Meet with staff and program director for planning and development.
• Engage volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact.
