Job summary

Associa in Highlands Ranch, Colorado seeks a Lifestyle Manager to orchestrate community events, manage communications, and support Board interactions. The role requires collaboration with management, volunteers, and local partners to realize the community vision.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, sponsorship development, and coordinating amenities for programs, with some evening and weekend hours. Candidates should bring event planning experience and strong communication skills.

• Ability to deal with a large variety of individuals in a business-like and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle a large number of tasks at the same time.
• Ability to stay on task amidst frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Creating, planning, promoting, and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
• Creating content and managing community communications – website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media accounts, etc.
• Producing, maintaining, and following an annual budget for activity income and expenses.
• Establishing and nurturing partnerships with local organizations and businesses and create sponsorship opportunities for the benefit of residents and the overall community.
• Overseeing the operation of the amenities as it pertains to community events.
• Developing and implementing general policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain a viable network of volunteers.
• Attend monthly meetings and provide recommendations/feedback as required.
• Triage and implement requests as received.
• Acquire needed resources and provide prompt and professional communication.
