Job summary

Hayes-Gibson-Property-Services is seeking a Maintenance Tech 3 to join our team full-time and help foster a vibrant, connected community. The Tech 3 maintains hallways, clubhouse and common areas, supports turnover units and guest suites, and collaborates with residents to enhance their experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. We offer comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and PTO based on longevity with holidays off.
