L.A. Care Health Plan in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Community Resource Center Specialist II for our Lincoln Heights onsite location.

You will build relationships with community members and partner organizations, guiding them to health education programs and available resources to support their care journey. The role emphasizes high-touch customer service, cross-department collaboration, and outreach to attract new members.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; alternative education/experience may be considered.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.
• Bilingual in one of L.A. Care’s threshold languages is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate member-centric customer service to respond and resolve inquiries.
• Educate and guide members and community residents to health education resources.
• Maintain CRC calendar, schedule rooms, and assist with operations.
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to promote CRC services.
• Assist with data entry and reporting processes.
