Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 4 to 6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Ideal candidates will possess excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders; strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-engaged research activities by facilitating communication, relationship-building, and collaboration among patients, community members, clinicians, investigators, and organizational stakeholders.
• Coordinate advisory boards, focus groups, interviews, listening sessions, and other engagement activities that inform research priorities, study design, implementation, interpretation, and dissemination.
• Develop and deliver education, training, and engagement resources that strengthen community participation in research; support investigators and staff in applying best practices for stakeholder-engaged research.
