Job summary

NMDP is seeking a dynamic Member Recruitment & Event Coordinator to educate, engage, and inspire the public in support of the registry mission. The role travels regionally to plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events, build diverse partnerships, and drive enrollment while collaborating with marketing, donor services, and the NMDP Foundation.

Responsibilities include community outreach, public speaking, event planning, and volunteer management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of experience in sales, business or community development, client account management, event planning.
• Bi-lingual language skills may be necessary depending on location of position.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with capacity to hold event materials.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, builds, and maintains relationships within ethnically diverse communities to plan and coordinate engagement and recruitment efforts.
• Communicates through public speaking and written communication to expand the NMDP mission in the local community.
• Plans, organizes, and delivers mission-focused events (live and digital) to achieve enrollment targets.
• Collaborates with account managers and marketing to create engagement and recruitment strategies for each fiscal year.
• Promotes and encourages financial support of the NMDP Foundation.
