VOLIES is seeking a Community Engagement Project Coordinator to support corporate volunteering and community programs in partnership with a multinational tech company in Northern Virginia. This full-time role focuses on coordinating high-impact community engagement projects with diverse stakeholders and local nonprofits.

The role offers a flexible schedule around deliverables, requires strong communication, and occasional travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Event Management, Political Science, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Volunteerism, community engagement, social impact positions, event management.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Background in project management and the ability to work effectively in corporate environments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main local point of contact for in-person volunteer and community events across North Virginia and surrounding areas, coordinating and supporting delivery of events and workshops.
• Support development of relationships with external vendors, community stakeholders, nonprofit organizations, and corporate volunteers.
• Plan and implement community-based programs aligned with client objectives and standards.
• Use newsletters, social media, blogs and internal emails to promote employee involvement in activities.
• Assist with planning and admin tasks involved in volunteer and community events execution.
• Measure and report on program outcomes and social impact.
