Job summary

The role involves coordinating events, stakeholder outreach, and workforce development while maintaining engagement records and reporting outcomes.

The position supports flexible, hybrid work arrangements (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible) and may require up to 40%

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, public affairs, government relations, or nonprofit partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and public speaking.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships with community leaders, local governments, workforce development organizations, and business associations.

Responsibilities

• Support community engagement across North America in planning and execution of initiatives.
• Coordinate events, stakeholder meetings, workforce development activities, and partner engagements.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and meeting summaries.
