Job summary

University System of New Hampshire seeks a Program Manager to support NH Listens and the Center for Engaged Communities in designing, supporting, and co-leading community engagement projects across New Hampshire. The role is highly relational and involves travel, reporting to the Director of the Center for Engaged Communities.

• Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate independent research and community development projects.
• Significant experience facilitating groups and leading learning and planning.
• Experience authoring and managing grants.
• Experience working with diverse communities and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, schedule, implement, and evaluate community development initiatives.
• Conduct literature reviews and project-related research.
• Identify and engage diverse community and school populations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff and interns as needed.
• Prepare and disseminate reports, proposals, and grant materials.
• Coordinate with field practitioners and partners to develop new methods.
