Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as education or human services and two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Effective human relations and communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to reflect thoughtfully on personal bias in order to be welcoming to all potential participants and volunteers.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid N.H. driver’s license or other effective means of personal transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Volunteer Development and Support: Work with 42 volunteers across 18 clubs and partnerships to deliver programming.
• County 4-H Pathway Development and Delivery: Organize activities and coordinate follow‑ups along 4-H pathways.
• State 4-H Team Pathway Support: Assist with statewide events and activities.
• Program Support and Community Engagement: Engage with advisory councils, legislators, and staff meetings.
• Program Reporting: Track enrollment, collect evaluation data, and monitor club finances.
• Professional Development: Identify goals and pursue training in group processes, volunteer management, and facilitation.
