You will work with community partners, contribute to outreach campaigns, and help deliver services that connect residents to employment opportunities and supportive programs.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with residents of NYC public housing.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with residents and partners to grow program enrollment.
• Engage community partners on Staten Island and NYC Housing communities.
• Coordinate with Career Advisors and coordinators on services for jobseekers.
• Enter and analyze data from surveys to report community needs and trends.
• Collaborate with outreach team to develop and implement engagement plans.
• Develop and refine strategies to source and leverage community partners.
