Job summary

You will help build trusted relationships, recruit participants, and maintain ongoing engagement across multiple sites, coordinating outreach and educational activities with interprofessional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or engagement with underserved populations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach and recruitment with clinics and community partners.
• Support participant engagement and retention through regular communication and follow-up.
• Organize community meetings, educational activities, and participant advisory sessions.
• Identify participation barriers and coordinate resources with the study team.
• Gather participant and partner feedback to inform study implementation.
• Maintain outreach records and collaborate with research staff and community health workers.
