The Urban Health Collaborative seeks a dependable, organized, and community-focused team member to support community programs, outreach efforts, and program evaluation activities. This position combines field-based community engagement with data collection and administrative support.

The team member will assist with surveys, participant intakes, outreach tracking, and data entry under TUHC staff direction, with about 70% outreach and 30% data tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current college students or related-field coursework encouraged.
• Experience in outreach or data collection preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting participant information through surveys and intake forms.
• Enter participant and program data into databases and spreadsheets.
• Support outreach tracking and participant recruitment.
• Follow confidentiality procedures and represent TUHC professionally.
