Qualifications

• 8+ years of nonprofit fundraising and leadership experience.
• Experience soliciting individual gifts, foundations, government, public and corporate funding.
• Proven grant writing and management skills.
• Strong donor relations and major gifts program leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead the organization’s fundraising strategy and annual development goals.
• Cultivate and steward major donors, foundations, government and corporate partners.
• Oversee grants, proposals, annual report, and donor communications.
• Direct donor database management and reporting.
• Collaborate with the President/CEO and SLT on messaging and strategic plans.
• Lead communications strategy to build brand and public image.
