Job summary

Providence is seeking a Donor Engagement Program Manager to drive strategic communications that boost donor retention and support local foundations. The role creates donor-centered content across print, digital, and social channels for internal and external audiences.

The position operates in a hybrid environment at Sacred Heart Medical Center-Spokane, collaborating with design and media teams to craft emotive stories and impactful campaigns that advance Providence's mission and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing and communications experience.
• Experience in traditional and digital communications.
• Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories around a common theme.
• Experience developing print collateral in partnership with design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts and social content.

Responsibilities

• Develop donor-centered content across print, digital, and social channels.
• Highlight philanthropic opportunities and donor impact for local initiatives.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce materials.
• Coordinate with upper management and key stakeholders to align messaging.
• Create print collateral, newsletters, ads, media materials and social content.
