Job summary

Fleet Feet in West Lafayette is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to expand our involvement with local running groups and wellness partners while engaging customers in-store.

You’ll plan events, build local partnerships, and collaborate with store leadership to drive community impact and sales. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating community engagement initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with local running groups and fitness partners.
• Plan and execute community events to promote in-store engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with regional marketing to align local outreach with national campaigns.
• Coordinate social media, website content and local marketing using brand tools.
• Represent Fleet Feet brand across all community-facing interactions.
• Work floor shifts to stay connected with customer experience and upcoming events.
