We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, Maryland.
We are seeking a motivated Community Engagement and Events Coordinator with outstanding interpersonal skills and project management experience to join our dynamic mission-driven organization.

We’re looking for an organizational dynamo who can confidently navigate each critical step in the event planning process while keeping Nova stakeholders in the loop at every turn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with impeccable attention to detail and a passion for sparking curiosity and conversation in the health landscape.
This is a part-time contractual position requiring approximately 10-15 hours per week. Duties will primarily be performed remotely; however, candidates must reside in the Greater Baltimore or Greater Washington D.C. area in order to provide on-site event support at Nova’s headquarters as required.
The Communications and Events Coordinator will report to Nova’s Senior Director of Strategic Communications and Development.
