The ideal candidate has experience in recreation or hospitality management, strong leadership and communication skills, and comfort using digital tools to promote activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recreation, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in activity planning, program development, or similar role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with ability to develop engaging programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that meets participant needs.
• Plan and organize activities such as sports, arts and crafts, music, workshops, and events.
• Coordinate with external vendors to enhance program quality.
• Manage and oversee team members, volunteers, and support staff.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and adjust to improve participation and satisfaction.
• Ensure activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote activities through social media, newsletters and other channels.
• Prepare and manage the activity budget to maximize resources.
