Job summary

Assets, Inc. is seeking an Employment Case Manager to help individuals with disabilities find and sustain meaningful employment. You will coordinate services, provide hands-on coaching, and cultivate partnerships with local employers in Anchorage.

• Experience in case management or direct services with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment.
• Provide job coaching, service coordination, and advocacy.
• Build relationships with local employers and community partners.
• Develop and monitor individualized support plans.
