Job summary

Assets, Inc. is seeking a full-time Employment Case Manager in Alaska. The ECM leads in developing quality systems to support individuals with disabilities in community employment, providing service coordination, job coaching, placement, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or 2 years college coursework in human services or related field; and
• Two (2) years experience providing direct services and case management to people with developmental disabilities and/or mental illnesses;
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience and/or training strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coordination and oversight for persons supported by the team.
• Coordinate off-site activities necessary for job retention and transportation.
• Advocate for served individuals and coordinate with employers and staff.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and monitor plan effectiveness.
• Train, coach and mentor staff in supported employment practices.
