Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a SNAP Employment and Training coordinator in Wyoming to help individuals build employment skills and economic self-sufficiency.

You will administer SNAP E&T across the state, develop relationships with businesses and nonprofits, coach participants through job search, and assist with resumes, cover letters, interview prep, and career advancement opportunities. We strive to support a diverse community and reward dedication.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written, organizational and record keeping skills.
• Working knowledge of community resources and employers.
• Experience working with persons with diverse backgrounds.
• Proven interviewing, counseling, and customer service skills.
• Ability to move from one task to another quickly and with ease.
• Ability to manage change with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administer SNAP E&T in Wyoming and build relationships with businesses within our communities.
• Coach participants through challenges before and after employment and help with career steps.
• Assist participants with outlining skills via resume and cover letter development as well as interview preparation.
• Document work with participants to ensure success in new jobs and career advancement.
• Contribute to a customer-focused team and a mission-driven workplace across Wyoming.
