Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando Inc is seeking an Education and Outreach Specialist to manage education and community outreach programs, ensuring accessible and impactful services for participants. You will coordinate workshops, develop materials, and engage with community partners to expand program reach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in education, human services, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant program coordination, education, outreach, or nonprofit experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM, registration, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Experience coordinating classes, workshops, trainings, events, or other educational activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and evaluate Habitat’s education and outreach programs.
• Analyze participation, feedback, outcomes, and trends to identify improvements.
• Coordinate HUD-certified First-Time Homebuyer Workshops and ensure compliance.
• Develop outreach strategies with Homeownership and other departments.
• Build and manage relationships with community organizations and partners.
• Create educational materials, presentations, and digital resources.
• Maintain program records, data, schedules, and reporting.
