Job summary

RiseMe in Orlando seeks a Community Outreach for Families Program Manager to lead an outreach team focused on engaging, assessing, enrolling, and navigating families experiencing homelessness toward permanent housing in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with housing providers, and ensuring timely service delivery with adherence to grant requirements. Occasional travel across the tri-county area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a social services field; other degrees accepted with relevant experience.
• Homeless services, case management, permanent supportive housing and rapid rehousing experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel across Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.
• Bi-lingual candidates and veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant and program compliance.
• Provide coaching, hiring, disciplinary actions with HR and Director of Housing & Programs.
• Supervise, train, support, and evaluate outreach team staff.
• Ensure all clients complete triage and engage in services.
• Monitor outreach activities and housing navigation efforts for timely service delivery.
• Oversee program budget and monthly expenses in line with funding.
• Ensure accurate and timely statistical and financial reports.
• Review program documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with providers and housing programs in the community.
• Respond to community outreach requests across tri-county areas.
