Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech and language rehabilitation services to patients. You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold current state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire). AMaster's degree is preferred, or a BA with relevant field experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Certification of Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
