Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized treatment plans and document progress in a supportive, technologically advanced environment.

The role requires state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR certification (or within 30 days of hire). A Master’s degree is preferred or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification preferred; active CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identifying issues and modifying therapy as needed.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
