Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients regain communication abilities and quality of life. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment within the nation’s largest rehabilitation company, using advanced therapy tools to guide patient progress.

The role requires licensure, CCC certification, and CPR; a master's degree is preferred or a bachelor’s with field experience.

Competenze

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
