Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop individualized plans, document progress, and adjust therapy as necessary in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Required are state licensure or certification, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days). A Master’s degree is preferred; Bachelor’s with field experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification required.
• CCC certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred; or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer individualized speech and language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and contribute to team goals.
