Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in an inpatient setting. You will work with a collaborative team and utilize advanced technology to support patient recovery.

The role requires state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience). We offer growth opportunities in a nationwide rehab leader.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification is required.
• CCC certification by ASHA is required.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language issues.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and support overall rehabilitation goals.
