The ideal candidate has server/bartender experience, knowledge of cocktails, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a lively environment with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender.
• Knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong team player with a positive, community-minded attitude.
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide attentive table service, take orders, deliver food/drinks, and check guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain bar and dining areas, restock supplies, and perform side work.
• Enter orders into POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Follow policies for responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Engage with community members to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
