This role blends front-of-house service with bar responsibilities, offering an hourly wage plus tips and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates bring prior server or bartender experience, excellent communication, and a welcoming attitude for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous server and/or bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong team player with a community-minded attitude.
• Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs; flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with warmth; provide attentive table service.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, check guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and dining areas; restock supplies and perform side work.
• Enter orders into POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
