Our bartenders are lively, sociable Rockstars who know most of their regulars by name. We are a family-run restaurant welcoming people from all over for great food, drinks, and fun. We serve continuously from open until late night, providing a home away from home for many Floridians.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following all safety and sanitation policies and training
2. Mixing drinks according to recipes and measures
3. Serving guests cheerfully and maintaining a professional appearance
4. Keeping the bar neat, clean, and stocked
5. Verifying drink prices
6. Serving food as per job requirements
7. Knowing drink promotions and answering guest questions
8. Entering orders accurately into POS system
9. Assessing guest demeanor, identifying intoxicated guests, and calling a manager when needed
10. Handling payments accurately and efficiently
11. Performing shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework
12. Standing/walking throughout the shift
13. Reaching, bending, stirring, wiping, and shaking drinks
14. Immersing hands in water frequently
15. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
16. Speaking, reading, and writing English
17. Reading and writing handwritten checks and notes
18. Completing Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certifications
19. Requesting ID and calculating guests' age
