Brookridge Heights Apartments in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the comprehensive operation of our residential buildings. You will be the central coordinator ensuring property integrity, tenant satisfaction, and strong occupancy and rental income while complying with housing laws.

The role leads on-site staff, budgets, marketing plans, and vendor relationships; you will report to Tentac, VP of Property Management & Midwest Ownership, and supervise daily activities to

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent management/communication abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Full and complete knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements and vendor coordination.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Experience in property management; budget, sales, and HR training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate property performance against financial objectives and improve NOI.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing activities to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Provide staffing through recruitment, training, motivation, and development programs.
• Develop annual operating budgets and sales/marketing plans.
• Oversee on-site team and leasing operations; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate with Owners and Vice Presidents on goals and objectives.
• Supervise on-site software operations and reporting; ensure accurate accounting data.
