Job summary

Renewing Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily property operations and lead a 2–9 person on-site team. You will market the community, analyze markets, and drive occupancy while maintaining financial health.

Successful candidates will have on-site leasing experience, Fair Housing certification, and a strong customer-service mindset to maintain resident satisfaction and retention across Indiana communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree or advanced technical training is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years on-site Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager; 3 years supervisory experience in customer service or related fields with appropriate certification(s) will be considered.
• Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Fair Housing certification required prior to interaction with prospects or residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations.
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
• Complete market analyses to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
• Monitor financial and physical property performance.
