Job summary

Renewing Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, including leasing, marketing, and vendor relations, with a team of 2–9. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, financial health, and resident satisfaction at an Indiana property.

The position requires on-site work with potential evening and Saturday hours, plus CAM/ARM certifications preferred and Fair Housing compliance. A strong professional presence and on-site leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years on-site as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager; 3 years supervisory experience with appropriate certification may be considered.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred; Fair Housing certification required prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Professional appearance at all times throughout the workday and on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Operate the community in Renewing Management’s best interest and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
• Complete market analyses to ensure competitive pricing and maximized revenue.
• Monitor reports to ensure peak financial and physical property performance.
• Meet and strive to exceed occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Maintain resident files and respond promptly to concerns.
• Develop or implement resident retention programs.
• Plan team schedules and manage staffing performance.
