Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership; experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and communicating goals and objectives.
• Identify improvement opportunities, promote continuous learning, and build accountability for progress toward results.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, evaluate performance, and provide recognition to associates; promote a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, resolve customer needs and issues, and implement action plans to drive process improvements for a high-quality customer experience.
• Assist store manager in achieving sales and profit goals, reviewing and evaluating financial statements, and controlling expenses.
• Develop and implement plans to correct deficiencies in financial performance and participate in forecasting and trend analysis for budget planning.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, communicate goals, measure progress, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Lead by example in applying company policies, ethics, and integrity; support Open Door Policy and a culture of belonging.
