Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs; supports associates and managers in representing Walmart to external organizations.
• Models and demonstrates customer service standards; ensures customer issues are resolved and drives service initiatives.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies and communicates expectations across teams.
