Walmart is seeking a leader to oversee community outreach, policy compliance and store operations at the 2610 W Pioneer Pkwy, Pantego, TX location. You will work with associates and managers to champion company-sponsored programs, supervise staff, and drive superior customer service following OBW guidelines.

The role emphasizes accountability, budget awareness and continuous improvement, while aligning with Walmart’s values and inclusivity initiatives.

Competenze

• 2 years of college; or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years of general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Attends and completes all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Mansioni

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs with associates and managers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, asset protection, safety controls and QA standards.
• Supervise hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and evaluate performance.
• Demonstrate Walmart’s One Best Way service model and resolve customer issues to improve experience.
