Responsibilities

• Lead and support community outreach programs with associates and managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety controls and improve processes.
• Supervise hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, evaluate performance.
• Provide customer service excellence following the OBW model and resolve issues.
• Assist store manager in driving sales and managing expenses; analyze financial performance.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs; promote belonging and integrity.
