• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training and mentoring; setting expectations and recognition.
