Job summary

Gifted Potentials is hiring a female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community. This is a 24-hour/week CPS role focused on inclusion, motivation and purposeful activity.

Schedule is 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, four weekdays (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri). Immediate start. Must have reliable transportation and prior DSP/CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior DSP or CNA experience preferred.
• Trauma-informed, person-centered mindset.
• Must be firm, patient, and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 community-based support.
• Assist with outings, socialization & routines.
• Encourage fitness, creativity & confidence.
• Partner with a Job Coach for employment goals.
• Document daily services and ensure safety.
