Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Massachusetts seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for 2:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m. shifts on weekdays, with a two-week initial schedule, then 2:30–6:30 p.m. three days a week.

Pay ranges from $17 to $24 per hour, with Full-Time, Part-Time and Weekend DSP positions available. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on community involvement, skills learning, and positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; paid training offered.
• Valid driver’s license - No provisional licenses.
• Prior experience in this field is preferred, but we offer paid training.

Responsibilities

• Give while helping and support individuals learn skills to live the lives they choose.
• Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
• Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
• Create positive moments within their environment.
• Give back with positive attitude toward work and others.

We are looking for someone from 2:30p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday for 2 weeks. After the two weeks, the hours are from 2:30-6:30 p.m. for 3 days a week.

$17-$24/hour
