SERVPRO Team Ridner in Manchester, TN is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to grow our commercial and residential referral network. You will build relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, business owners, healthcare facilities, municipalities, and other partners in our seven-county service area.

This is an established territory role with a base salary of $52,000 plus a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Highly organized with time management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow our commercial and residential referral network by building meaningful relationships.
• Attend daily team meetings and coaching sessions; plan and execute daily sales routes.
• Prepare for client meetings and prospecting activities; document interactions.
