Job summary

Woodward Management Partners is seeking an on-site Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multi-family community in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role requires coordinating leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations to meet financial targets and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in property management, a valid driver’s license, and basic office software proficiency. Yardi knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property management experience
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Represent Woodward Management Partners professionally at all times
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards
• Manage budgets, expenses, and capital items
• Assist with showing and leasing apartments and move-ins/move-outs
• Maintain occupancy and profitability of the community
• Handle resident issues and plan engagement events
• Process accounts payable and maintain vendor relations
