Job summary

Park Vista is seeking a Community Director for The Legacy at Noel Manor and Noel Manor in Verona to lead operations, people, and resident experience. You will partner with executives on planning, hire and develop staff, and drive engagement while ensuring fiscal health.

The role requires strong communication skills, budget oversight, and the ability to maintain licensure and safety standards, with on-site leadership and 24/7 on-call readiness as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership in hiring and recruiting, training, coaching, developing and mentoring employees across functions.
• Manage staffing levels to meet occupancy and budgetary requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Executive Director on short and long-term planning.
• Lead hiring, coaching, performance management across all functions.
• Foster resident engagement and retention through responsive operations.
• Provide on-site leadership and mentoring to the Director team.
• Ensure staffing aligns with occupancy, within budgetary limits.
