Associa in Dedham, MA is seeking a Community Director to lead the branch's community management operations and partner with clients, vendors, and other departments. You will deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating multiple projects and initiatives.

The role emphasizes relationship building, policy development, training, and fiscal operations at the branch level, with a focus on efficient service to clients and communities.

Qualifications

Associa is currently looking for a Community Director to join our team in Dedham, MA. As a Community Director you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

The Community Director helps the company grow by:

• Provide oversight for community management operations of the branch.
• Establish positive relationships with board of directors, community managers and support staff, and other vendors at branch level.
• Assist with management of strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level for community focused operations.
• Assist in the preparation of policies and procedures to efficient service clients.
• Training liaison for community managers and community support roles.
• Managing people/teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• CMCA Designation Preferred
• 5 – 7 years of Community Association or directly related experience including management of personnel
