United Counseling Service in Bennington, VT is seeking a Direct Support Professional - Community to help children with mental health needs engage in recreational activities and build essential social skills. You will promote inclusion within the Burgess Road After School Program, model positive behavior, and ensure supportive transportation and supervision.

You’ll contribute to record keeping, crisis intervention when needed, and collaboration with the treatment team to support each child’s

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in human services preferred.
• Experience working with children and youth required.
