Qualifications

• Professional Degree (or Master’s) in your field from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure (RA) is required or preferred.
• Senior level experience with a proven track record in community-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPL's Community & Culture Practice growth and market leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with municipal leaders, cultural institutions, and public agencies.
• Identify and secure opportunities in libraries, parks, civic facilities, museums, and theatres.
• Oversee multiple projects with budget, schedule, and quality accountability.
• Guide stakeholder engagement, presentations, and workshops with clients.
• Mentor future leaders and promote CPL’s community-driven design philosophy.
