Teach For America seeks a Community Conversation Facilitator (Temp) in Connecticut to guide belonging-focused conversations with ~10 1st/2nd year corps members. The role includes training, guiding a ~1 hour discussion, and a 30–60 minute debrief across virtual and in-person sessions.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional experience including belonging work with adults and 2+ years of ECE-12 teaching experience, with a commitment to continuous learning and self-awareness.

TFA Community Conversation Facilitators are responsible for facilitating belonging-focused conversations with groups of ~10 1st and 2nd year corps members. Facilitators will receive conversation guidance, engage in 1-2 hours of training, facilitate the ~1 hour conversation, and participate in a 30-60 minute debrief. Conversations will happen:
The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost-of-labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
