Teach For America in the Bay Area is seeking a Community Conversation Facilitator (Temp) to lead belonging-focused conversations over meals with groups of about 10 1st and 2nd year corps members in person.
You will receive guidance, complete 1–2 hours of training, run the ~1 hour conversation, and take a 30–60 minute debrief. Availability on Saturday, 11/14/26 and Saturday, 4/24/27 is required.
TFA Community Conversation Facilitators are responsible for facilitating belonging-focused conversations over food in-person with groups of ~10 1st and 2nd year corps members. Facilitators will receive conversation guidance, engage in 1-2 hours of training, facilitate the ~1 hour conversation, and participate in a 30-60 minute debrief. Conversations/meals will happen on Saturday, 11/14/26 and Saturday, 4/24/27.
The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost-of-labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.
