Qualifications

Job DescriptionThe Community Coach Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the health and safety of the individuals we support, as well as ensuring they receive the services necessary to live meaningful lives.The role focuses on enhancing collaboration among team members and strengthening their ability to work effectively toward shared goals. This is achieved through strong communication, facilitating teamwork, and supporting ongoing growth and professional development. The Community Coach Supervisor is responsible for the management, supervision, and training of Community Connection Coaches, while incorporating KenCrest’s PRIDE values. This includes fostering a supportive work environment, applying reflective practice principles, and providing coaching, mentoring, and encouragement to help staff perform at their best and navigate challenging situations.This is a hybrid role. The Community Coach Supervisor is required to spend approximately 60% of their time in the field; coaching, mentoring, and training staff throughout Western Montgomery and Bucks County.
